Let me tell you a little bit about this site, myself and my family.
Allow myself to introduce... myself :) I'm Lana.
For a long time and countless hours of googeling I've been searching for a cool pet photo contest for pets. Everyone loves their pets, pictures of pets and a little bit of friendly competition. There are a couple of cool sites out there but there was always something that annoyed me about them. I used to play on DogPixAndFlix but they have been slacking. A lot of their links don't work lately, contests aren't timely and it seems like the same photographers keep getting chosen by the editors.
AnimalAttraction is a pretty snazzy site. It's pretty but it seems like you have to give up your first born to be able to vote and submit photos. So as they say.. if you want it done right... You can be the judge if I did this right, of course :)
For my actual job I work at Petside.com and I have a lot of fun. I get to play on the computer and deal with stuff about pets all day long. What can be better!
I am owned by two wonderful furry creatures. My heart and soul is Shakespeare {The Sexy Sheltie} Shakespeare is pretty much the most awesome dog ever. Being a Sheltie, all he wants is to make me happy. He's loves to bounce, bark, eat and shed. We often can be seen roaming the paths of local parks, playing and having fun. We've done everything together, from napping to herding sheep, to agility. Never a dull moment in Shakespeare world!
Then there is Miss Juliet. She's an orange crazy beast. She comes from the shelter. She was rescued from a cat hoarder who had more than 30 cats in a studio apartment. Shakespeare was less than impressed with this addition and is still adjusting to it. Jules is a sweet cat though. Crazy antics, you bet, but she is also very sweet and loving... when she feels like it.
So that's a little bit about us.
