I am a woman, now 65, Spanish, but I have lived in South America for almost all my life. I lost my husband and I was in that condition also....and with some marriage and "internal" problems... There have been periods of some tranquility, when I though I was better, but then, when I have some emotional situations again my anxiety gets worse and I also feel depressed. I have noticed that when I try to start a relationship with a man, I can't manage my emotions and my self esteem gets very low... I am getting therapy now and I also try to meet girlfriends and do some workout....but, sometimes I feel terrible....I have not had "panic" yet...but I feel quite depressed and restless almost all the time... Well, I think sharing our problems is a good help too.... I will go on reading and commenting...
